The higher Wegovy pill strengths are rolling out faster than expected. Three days after the planned 20 July availability date for the 9mg and 25mg tablets, our live provider board already shows 28 UK providers listing 9mg and 20 listing 25mg, alongside near-universal coverage of the two starting strengths. This tracker is updated from the same data feed that powers our live comparison board, and every figure carries the date it was checked.

Prices above are standard listed prices for a 30-tablet month. Introductory offers, bundles and discount codes are tracked separately on the live board and are never mixed into these figures.
What stands out this week
- The higher strengths launched wide, not narrow. More than half of the providers on our board listed 9mg within three days of the availability date, which is a much faster rollout than the original 1.5mg launch in June.
- Some large names are staging their rollout. A number of major providers currently list the starting strengths but not yet 25mg, so if you are approaching the maintenance stage it is worth checking whether your provider has listed it before your next order is due.
- The price spread on 25mg is wide. The gap between the lowest and highest listed 25mg prices is over £100 a month. That spread tends to narrow as a launch settles, and this tracker will record how quickly that happens.
How to use this tracker
Check the live comparison board for the current provider-by-provider position, then open the provider page for the dose you are actually prescribed. The board shows the checked date on every row; if a date looks old, treat the price as indicative until the next check lands.
