The Wegovy tablet follows a daily dose schedule. Treatment starts at 1.5mg and can increase through 4mg and 9mg before reaching the 25mg maintenance dose, if your prescriber decides that is suitable.
Many provider pages still lead with a starter price, an introductory launch price or a code-led launch offer. The table above shows baseline dose-specific tablet prices only where the provider-owned page gives us enough evidence to publish them cleanly.
Discount codes, first-order savings and subscription-style offers can still be useful, but they are deliberately shown separately from the baseline table because they may apply only to selected patients, first orders or consultation fees.

The headline price shown by any provider does not always reflect the clean monthly treatment cost. Several factors can change the real amount you pay.
This is usually the biggest variable. A 1.5mg starter price may be very different from the 25mg maintenance price, so compare the dose you actually expect to use.
A prescriber must assess your suitability before dispensing. Some providers include the assessment in the listed price, while others confirm any fee during the consultation. Check the provider page and checkout terms before comparing totals.
Delivery charges and dispatch options vary by provider. Check the current delivery terms when two medicine prices are close, because the final basket total can change the order of your shortlist.
A commitment plan can reduce the first payment, but later-month prices, minimum terms and cancellation fees may change the overall cost. We keep those offers separate from the standard comparison.

Some providers publish full tablet ladders while others only list a starting dose or coming-soon status. The table keeps those differences visible instead of forcing a false comparison.
Not as a routine prescription. The Wegovy injection is available through NHS England's Tier 3 specialist weight management services, but access is tightly rationed and waiting lists are long. NICE published guidance for the injectable form in 2023; guidance specifically covering the oral tablet is expected to follow the MHRA approval but has not yet been issued.
For many people in the UK, Wegovy is accessed through a private prescription from an online pharmacy or private clinic. Provider pages show regulatory details where they are available, but you should still check the pharmacy's current registration and complete its clinical assessment before ordering.

Not always. Some providers include consultation and standard delivery in the displayed medicine price, while others add fees later in the checkout journey. We keep baseline medicine prices separate from discounts, subscriptions and first-order offers so the main table is easier to compare.
The Wegovy injection has limited NHS specialist weight-management access. The Wegovy tablet was approved in the UK in June 2026 and is not currently a routine NHS option, so early access is mainly through private prescribers.
You need a prescription after a clinical assessment. Online providers usually ask for medical history, BMI, current medicines and sometimes supporting information before deciding whether Wegovy is suitable.
They may move as more UK providers launch tablet stock. Early launch pages are still changing quickly, so dose-by-dose prices are more reliable than old launch claims or a single headline "from" figure.
Some providers promote a weekly equivalent, an introductory figure or a route-wide starter price rather than a named dose. We prioritise rows that clearly map to a visible Wegovy dose so the comparison stays useful.
