What we do
We manually check provider pages each week and record what is publicly visible: the listed start price, dispatch wording, pre-order status and any discount codes. We do not rely on provider submissions or automated scrapers — every data point is human-verified before it appears on the site.
We currently track 80+ providers. Each one is assessed against our methodology before it appears in the tracker.
Why oral tablets only
Oral semaglutide (the Wegovy tablet) is a separate product to the Wegovy injection pen. The buying journey is different: there are no dose columns, no auto-injector choices and no sharps bins. Providers are launching pre-orders with first-month pricing that differs significantly from ongoing costs. We built this site because existing comparison tools were built around the injection and did not reflect how the tablet market actually works.
